How to activate your eSIM!

Once you purchase an eSIM, you’ll receive an email containing your eSIM details. You have two options to activate it:

Automatic Installation (Recommended)

Simply press and hold the eSIM attachment in the email.

Your phone will prompt you with an option to Add eSIM.

Confirm, and your device will complete the setup automatically.

QR Code Installation

Open Settings on your phone.

Go to Mobile Service (or Mobile Data / Cellular depending on your device).

Select Add eSIM and choose the option to scan a QR code.

Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code from the email, and your eSIM will be installed.
