Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund if:

• Your phone isn’t compatible with eSIMs.

• You cancel your trip or no longer need it.

• You experience connection issues.

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (See our full Refund Policy for details.)

Yes your number, contacts, and chats stay exactly the same. You can keep using WhatsApp as usual.

Can I use my SIM card and eSIM at the same time?

Yes—on dual SIM devices like iPhones, you can keep your physical SIM for calls/texts and use eSimtial eSIM for data. Be careful, leaving your physical SIM active may trigger roaming charges from your provider.

How can I check my remaining data?

When should I set up my eSIM?

We recommend setting it up before your flight while connected to WiFi. You can also wait until arrival, but you’ll need WiFi for activation.
